3 out of 5 weeks of bleeding...so far

Hi folks. I'm new here and I'm having irregular bleeding that's making me crazy. Maybe sombody has some info.

My bleeding has not stopped since 3/14. If my period starts on time on 3/28, that will be 3 weeks of bleeding. my last period started on 2/27 and was preceeded by a week of spotting.

here's the breakdown;
2/22-2/26= spotting, dark red-brown, clots and stringy. PMS symptoms of tender breasts went away during this time
2/27-3/1= regular period- a couple of days heavy, 3 days light or spotting
11 days of no bleeding
3/14-3/24(present) light bleeding, but heavier than spotting. Slightly crampy for the last 3 days
3/18 my doctor took a uterine biopsy or cytology and a pap smear

other info;
I'm 40
3 years ago, my Fallopion tubes were blocked by a non surgical procedure through the cervix called Essure. During that procedure, the saw small uterine fibroids that they told me were not a concern. Periods didn’t change significantly.
Periods have been regular for the last 10 years give or take.
Both my mother and my grandmother had uterine fibroids.
for the last several years, all of the hormonal birth control I've used and a cortisone shot I had about 3 years ago all caused about 4 months of spotting.
My medications haven't changed recently and are primarily anti-depressents and allergy meds.

My mother experienced heavy bleeding past menopause and had a hysterctomy a few years ago. My grandmother had 9 miscarriages and a hysterctomy, although we don't know if any of that was connected to fibroids.
Considering my family history of fibroids and the fact that they saw small ones 3 years ago when I had my Essure procedure, do you think my symptoms do you think my symptoms are consistent with fibroids?

    Hi LiaBear:

    From my experience, it sounds like your uterus may be displaced/tipped tilted. Having a displaced uterus can cause many health issues concerning our reproductive organs.

    I specialize in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM) and have had & helped many clients with various menses/reproductive issues. Samantha Ford is a fellow practitioner and herbologist in the East Bay and I would highly recommend your seeing her (www.earthdancermassage.com). For the official website for ATMAM, please check out www.arvigomassage.com.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a good evening.

    Loving energy,

    G~
